
br> The New Fibers exhibitions seek to present contemporary fiber art in a broad range of forms, from textiles rooted in traditional processes and materials, to sculpture, conceptual, and installation art. Participation in New Fibers is open to all fiber artists, 18 years and older, living in the United States. Current work created in all fiber media and/or using fiber techniques is eligible for inclusion.
FAN’s fourth biennial exhibition, New Fibers 2010, showed October 28th through December 10th at the University Art Gallery, Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, Michigan. Catalogs are available for $5 (check made out FAN) from Jill Ault, 2531 Meade Ct., Ann Arbor, MI 48105.
